Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2025
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how orders and payments are handled at Utsaa Template Shop (the “Platform”). By purchasing or downloading any digital product from the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1) Digital Goods – Final Sale
1.1 All products on the Platform are digital goods (templates, software, documents, graphics, etc.). Once purchased, they are delivered instantly to your Account’s Orders section for download.
1.2 Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once an Order has been completed, except where required by law.
2) No Cancellations
2.1 Once payment is successfully processed and the Order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Orders are automatically fulfilled through your Account and are not reversible after digital delivery.
3) No Refunds
3.1 We do not provide refunds or credits for:
Change of mind.
Accidental purchases.
Incompatibility with your system/software (please read product descriptions carefully before purchase).
Failure to download the product within the 7‑day access window.
3.2 Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as:
Duplicate payment/duplicate order due to a technical error.
The File is corrupted/defective and cannot be downloaded or used, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
4) Download Access Expiry (7 Days)
4.1 After purchase, the product is available for download in your Account for 7 calendar days only.
4.2 Once the 7‑day download window expires, you will need to re‑purchase the product if you wish to download it again.
5) Refund & Dispute Abuse
5.1 If you attempt to bypass this policy through unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your Account.
Revoke your license(s) to use the purchased product(s).
Take legal/collection action to recover owed amounts.
6) Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Before purchasing, you are responsible for:
Reviewing the product description, features, and system requirements.
Checking if the File is free or paid.
Downloading the File within the 7‑day window.
