Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Utsaa Template Shop (the “Platform”), all of our products are digital goods. We do not ship any physical items. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital products are delivered after purchase.
1) Digital Delivery Only
1.1 All files available on the Platform (templates, software, documents, graphics, etc.) are delivered electronically. No physical shipping or courier services are involved.
1.2 Once your payment is successfully processed, the purchased product will be accessible through your Account under the Orders section.
2) Delivery Timeline
2.1 Delivery of digital products is instant after successful payment confirmation.
2.2 In rare cases, due to server delays or payment gateway processing, access may take up to 1 hour. If you do not see your product in the Orders section within that time, please contact support.
3) Download Access Window (7 Days)
3.1 After purchase, products remain available for download in your Account for 7 calendar days.
3.2 Once the 7‑day download window expires, the download link will no longer be accessible. To regain access, you will need to re‑purchase the product.
4) No Physical Shipping
4.1 Since we do not sell or deliver physical goods:
No shipping charges apply.
No tracking numbers are issued.
No estimated delivery dates are required.
5) Failed or Delayed Delivery
5.1 If your purchased file is not accessible within 1 hour of payment, please contact us with your Order details.
5.2 In cases of duplicate payment or technical error, we will either:
Re‑enable the download link, or
Provide a refund in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
6) Customer Responsibilities
6.1 You are responsible for:
Providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your Account.
Ensuring a stable internet connection for downloading files.
Downloading your purchased files within the 7‑day access window.
